Block Carving
Our motifs come to life on blocks of Sheesham wood, one for each motif colour. Each block, hand-carved with precision and patience, is the result of a craftsmanship tradition handed down through generations.
Fabric Preparation
We carefully select our fabrics, which are then washed and ironed, ensuring even absorption of the pigments and bringing out their intensity and brilliance.
Printing
Our experienced screen printers gently apply the natural colour to the fabric, using carved blocks. Each print is a unique work of art, characterised by slight variations that testify to the craftsmanship of the process.
Drying & Finishing
The fabric is left to air-dry, favouring the natural and permanent fixation of colours. Finally, it undergoes a final ironing to ensure a soft and uniform appearance.
